ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled free of charge, BEFORE they are delivered to the transport company. Otherwise the cost of transport will not be refunded.
It is convenient that the cancellation of the order is made as soon as possible and by telephone. LINA KORT tries to work with agility and therefore, in case of doing it by email it will be the responsibility of the customer if the order has been delivered to the transport, without having previously seen the cancellation communication of the email.
¿IN WHICH CASES CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
The time frame to exchange or return an item is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can return the items in all the cases listed below:
- You made a mistake in the size.
- The product is not what you expected.
- You've received the order in poor conditions.
In any of the first two cases, it is essential that the products subject to a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no return can be made.
It is your responsibility to provide the right packaging to ensure that items arrive back to us in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the requested return management.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You must send us an email to email@example.com indicating the following:
- The reason for the return.
- Which product you want to change or return.
- What you would like the solution to be (reuturn or exchange).
- At least one of the following data: Full name, email address with which you placed the order or order number.
Your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive instructions on all the steps to follow by email.
Depending on your country, we will proceed in one way or another. The procedures by country will be the following:

The customer will take care of the change and/or return in the following cases:
- If a first change or return has already been made on the same order.
- Or you want to make a change or return after the 14-day period.
At LINA KORT the returns and exchanges will be effective in maximum 15 working days from the moment the product arrives at our facilities.
